This is day one of Project Management Essentials. The following two days will be in class. You must complete this self-directed online course before the start of the in-class sessions.
Project Management Essentials is compliant with the Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge and it introduces tools and terminology without overwhelming participants with jargon. The course focuses on developing practical skills that can be applied immediately to increase the level of success on projects. The course is fun and fast-paced.
